4 years ago, I lost my king on this day.
One day, I hope it will hurt less than it does today.

No pictures of us two today but a picture of his favorite meal - I made it myself - that took me 25 years to eat properly, with my fork and my spoon.

I love you daddy and I always will.
I still hope I make you proud every single day of the year.

everytime my dad was coming to London, he will take me to Sky Garden to ''enjoy the green while seeing the city''.

He loved nature and that's something I did not catch from him I don't have that 'green hand he kept talking me about.

it's a two pics in a row kind of week because i'm looking at you while you're sleeping right now and i can't believe i met you a year ago. one freaking year ago. your godfather asked me to bring you home and i instantly fell in love with you so, of course, i had to bring you home. even if he didn't asked, i would have. trust me on this one.

you're the best thing that happened to me in 2020. you loved me, you saved me, you healed me, you made me grow as an adult and, moreover, you made my heart grow. for sure, i could not go back to last year - same time without feeling the urge to meet you, to bring you home with me, with us, even if you're a brit and you'll always be (we're the superior kind of people, don't trust people saying otherwise).

so many great adventures are waiting for you, for us. i'll forever be your biggest cheerleader, the godmom you'll be able to come to when feeling sad, angry, happy, manipulated or, even worst, lied to. i will never let anyone be mean to you or call you names. i'm making an oath to you today, the one that says i'll never turn my back on you and you'll forever be a part of my family.
